Over the years, alongside my work as an in-house lawyer and General Counsel, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s most respected independent schools, including my former school Burgess Hill Girls School, Warwick School and Solihull School.
My focus has been on driving transformational culture change that empowers schools to thrive in today’s ever-evolving educational landscape.
From fostering inclusive environments to implementing strategies that align with a school’s vision and values, I’ve seen firsthand how intentional culture change can unlock potential—not just for students, but for staff and leadership teams alike.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is seeing the ripple effect.
A shift in culture can lead to stronger collaboration, higher engagement, and ultimately, better outcomes for everyone involved.
If you’re part of an independent school looking to elevate your culture, I’d love to connect and explore how we can work together.
Whether it’s through workshops, strategic planning, or hands-on support, I’m here to help schools create environments where everyone can flourish.
Let’s start a conversation—feel free to reach out to me through my PA or share the link to this web page with someone who might benefit from this work.
Together, we can make a lasting impact!
These talks and programmes can be delivered across the whole school community including students, staff, the Governing Body, parents and school alumni.

KEYNOTE SPEECH: CLIMBING MOUNTAINS
‘Climbing Mountains’ is a 30-minute keynote speech delivered by me and is suitable for student populations of all ages and the wider school community. Using a deeply personal, authentic and warm communication style, I share my personal leadership journey, highlighting the numerous barriers I have faced as a Black woman progressing my career within the corporate world.
I cover key themes surrounding identity, diversity, equity and inclusion including race, ethnicity, gender and social mobility. Importantly, I also share my 5 top tips for successfully overcoming challenges in a practical and relatable way whilst also explaining why it is that we should all aim to lead with an inclusive leadership style that is anchored by resilience.
The keynote speech is followed by a 30-minute, interactive Q&A session with the audience.
